    The reason i'm creating this thread is due to my dislike for the current system for grading people. In my opinion, giving someone a bonus to IC activities, due to an OOC rank is not fair.

    Instead a very simple RPG based class system, based around wow's role system, which would have four main roles; Tank, Healer, Melee and Ranged. Below their will be a brief explanation for each role. But there are base guidlines from which role bonuses are extrapolated.

    Base Health: 5

    Damage rules: 1: Self Hit
    2-49: Miss
    50-79: 1 damage
    80-99: 2 damage
    100: 3 damage

    Healing: roll 1-5 to heal, one roll per event for any character with any healing ability.

    And now the Bonuses.

    Tank:
    10 Health
    Same damage rules
    Lower defense rolls required.
    Same Healing Rules

    Healer:
    5 Health
    Same Damage
    Same Defense rolls
    Can heal 3 times during each event.

    Melee:
    7 Health
    Stagger (Stuns opponents they hit)
    Lower hit needed (30 over 50)
    Same defense rolls vs other melee
    Higher defense rolls vs ranged
    Same Healing Rules

    Ranged:
    5 Health
    Double damage vs Melee opponents
    Lower hit needed (30 over 50)
    Same defense rolls vs Ranged
    Higher Defense rolls vs Melee in Melee range.
    70+ roll means you counter for 1 damage
    Same Healing rules
